SmartMix by Staff Ice System is a multifunctional combined machine composed of two separate and independent tanks each equipped with a compressor and inverter.

The upper tank can be used as a kettle, pasteurizer, maturation tank, cream meal or for the preparation of choux pastry, jellies, jams, jams, yogurt, panna cotta, ganache, mousse, marshmallows, nappage, fresh cheeses, béchamel, rice for pastry, risotto, polenta, sauces and meat sauce. The lower tank is a horizontal batch freezer with ‘Ad Hoc’ adjustment of the correct consistency of the ice cream.

The user can use one or both tanks at the same time. While in the upper tank, pastry recipes are prepared, the on-board computer monitors the mixture temperatures and the agitator speeds in each cycle.

SmartMix Combined it is now available in two new versions, capable of producing 80 and 100 liters of ice cream hour. It is designed in the ‘small’ and ‘big’ versions to meet the different heights of the users, so that the work is always carried out in maximum comfort.
